Furler fitting
 

I need to remove the mechanical fitting at the base of the stay / furler to repair the foil. Iv'e removed the bottom threaded portion of the fitting. How do I get the sleeve to release? I would like to reuse as much as I can . I know, I will have to replace the inside cone.
