reusable rod parts

I am just finishing up replacing all my rod on my boat. Because we are in Panama, we had to measure and have new rod shipped to us fully assembled, from k200 tang down to the turnbuckle.

Should I cut off and save any of the parts from my old rod? Are any of these reusable?

the k200 tangs
The top stemball cup
The bottom cup and stud
The turnbuckles

All parts are 20+ years old, I think and are for sizes -8, -10, -12.

Thanks,
Frank

Unlikely

Hello,
The rod heads are the usual failure point, but the whole piece is undergoing cyclic loading, and thus work-hardening. It is common practice to rehead rod after about 5-7 year interval, but even if this is beefy rod for the load, 20+ years is on the antique side. Recycle it.
Fair leads,
Brion Toss
