How to view all threads

Can someone give me directions to the "From the" menu, ostensibly on the Spartalk forum page? I would like to view all threads.

From the administrator:

To view all threads, please use the Display Options box on the Spartalk Forum page.
In the "From the" menu, select "beginning"
Click "Show Threads"

The menu is at the bottom of the Spartalk page.
