Not 7x7, must be 7x19
You're right, It is too flexible to be 7x7, must be 7x19. I think it is too flexible for standing rigging. Probably should be 1x19. Thanks, Gary

7x7 vs 1x19
Have an H-28 ketch with flexible 7x7 as the running and standing rigging. The outer forstay is 1x19. Do you think all of the standing rigging should be changed to 1x19? Thanks, Gary

Measuring new rigging from scratch
I am rebuilding a 47' mast from scratch using pieces of the old mast as a guide. I hope to get it close but there will be some size differences. How do I get an accurate measurement for new standing...
