McDonald Brummel drawing the eye of the splice throung the hockle in the tail

Brion,

Concerning the comment on the last post;

I used a piece of 3mm line to pull the eye of the splice in step 3 (p68 working with rope)

Last what is the efficiency of the Naked Brummel?

Thank you for your post.

The line was knoted to a shackle with a bowline. After the cover broke, teh know was still intact with the core and cover still aligned.
