Default Shroud stretch

I am in the process of building new standing rigging for my boat with new 316 SS 1x19 wire. The upper shrouds are 3/16" and about 34' long and the lowers are 5/32" and about 18' long. When cutting a fitting the new turnbuckle studs (Hayn Hi-Mod), I know I need to account for the different amounts of stretch in the wire. Can you guys give me a ball number for these wire types/lengths as to amount of total stretch I am likely to see. I have the numbers in the "Apprentice" and at this stage I am just looking for a little reinforcement that everything is right before I start cutting. Thanks for any info.
