Hrmm, I'll take that as a "No".
It's obviously an older furler- it has a round aluminum luff extrusion that has rotated (about 90 degrees) in relation to the furling drum. The surveyor suggested repairing the staysail furler as opposed to simply replacing it altogether, I think it might be difficult to repair without knowing the maker!
The jib furler is a new Furlex, and seems very satisfactory-
