The new high tech stuff is pretty cool and you could go on and on about the pro's and con's. I generally fall back to the same line in most threads like this. It is well worth the money to hire a professional rigger on a large project. All of the do it yourself ability in the world will never make up for expieriance. Even if it's just as a project consultant to go over the plan in the beginning. Almost always there will be some snafu that rears it head in the end. After you have rigged a cazillion boats these are all secound nature and can be avoided. This does not specifically apply to your issue. But is seems like the idea of spending any money on a professionals time gets fought tooth and nail, I have never understood that.

Hope your rig has come together
