Hi there,
What w have here is a case of overlapping technologies. The chainplates have one set of needs, and your plumbing another, and both are trying to occupy the same space. As noted above, though, the chainplate lead doesn't need to be in conflict with the head, because taking it where you have indicated means that you are pulling sideways at least as hard as you are pulling down. Multiple unhappy consequences would follow, not the least being that the stay would be twanging you across the back.
So how about a glassed-in anchor that takes the lead down, just outboard of that shelf? Much cleaner vector, no toilet conflict, and likely a stronger anchor point.
