Default Sheet / halyaed sizeing

Anyone have any input for sheet and halyard size for a flicka 20? The main is 113 sq ft, the jib is around 150 sq ft. Any ideas for this? Also how about attaching the sheets to the clew, is the regular bowline sufficient, or could a snapshackle be appropiate? Thanks!!

3/8" double braid for the halyards. youll find 7/16" nicer for the sheets, but 3/8" is sufficient.

No shackles - bowline or splice on if you have sheets for each sail
