Default Going aloft lifting tackle

What's a good tackle combination for hauling oneself aloft?

My thought was a single block with a becket and a swivel at the bosun chair or harness and a double ratcheting block with a single swivel to be hauled aloft.

The block hauled aloft on a screw type shackle (not snap shackle of course) and also all of this backed up with a backup halyard and appropriately skilled and respectfully frightened assistances.

This is all making sense in my head but I wanted to run it by the group.

Thanks,
-p
