![]() I recently spliced up a halyard for my 35' masthead boat. Complete with stripped cover. It's made from Endura braid, so it has a wicked strong amsteel core.
but the crossover, I need to whip. and I hate whipping. cuts into my fingers, it's always uneven and ends up with the line sorta bent up like a banana. so...what tips do people have to make it not so frustrating? I have #4 twine. is that the right stuff? the halyard is 3/8" diameter. -m |
