Those bearings are probably missing because somebody thought they should, and discovered the wonderful sound that all those teensy ball bearings make as they spill onto the deck, and then splash into the water. No, what you want to do is to detach that portion from the foil, put it into a box, and send it to Furlex, along with a plea for help. Send it attention to Bernie Beasley. He'll love dealing with it.
