Titanium is more noble than stainless, but not so much that you instantly create a battery by putting the two of them near each other. So it is unlikely that there would be any difficulties with galvanic corrosion. On the other hand, stainless bolts are still vulnerable to crevice corrosion and fatigue, so if titanium bolts are available, it makes sense to got with those, especially if the cost is comparable.
