Default Rigging Standards

Hello all. New to this forum. I am a Certified Marine Surveyor and just completed a survey of a sailing yacht that had been recently re-rigged, that has some issues that will need to be addressed.

Does anyone know of a published set of rigging standards or recommended practices for rigging applications?

Default Rigging Standards

Sorry that I don't know of a specific "Rigging Standards" book for sailboats , but some of us boat owners use Nigel Calder's , book , "Boat Owners Mechanical and Electrical Manual" , for rigging information .

BTW , as I hear it ,,, Brion has been called into court to be an expert witness on rigging issues . His books may help you too .
