![]() Thanks for the tip. I will try inserting the core in some scrap line.
The boat is an Ensign so the main halyard loads are not that heavy. Cam cleats are commonly used for the halyards. I use the Spinlock PX cleat. This is supposed to go down to a 1/4" line. My 6mm halyard actually looks slightly undersize. I guess going to the small XAS clutch could be an option, but it seems like overkill. Randall |
